Bio: Vicki Isakson is the Director of Workforce Training for North Idaho College. Vicki has worked for the college for just under three years but has spent her entire career in workforce development. She previously worked for the Idaho Department of Labor for 30 years and was instrumental in developing the first youth apprenticeships in Idaho, and other career awareness events such as Hard Hats, Hammers, and Hot Dogs. She has a bachelor’s in Management from LCSC and a master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Vicki has lived in northern Idaho the majority of her life and has one son who lives here and is a computer programmer.
